Google is creating an Open Skin Dataset
The Skin Condition Image Network (SCIN) collects images from all ethnicities, ages, and genders with skin conditions like rashes, eczema, psoriasis, or marks such as freckles, moles, birthmarks, and scars.

Represent your unique skin condition
Skin conditions can manifest in a wide variety of ways, depending on your skin type. The SCIN open dataset is intended to represent this diversity, and will be made available for research and public use.
Contributing your image to SCIN will give scientists and clinicians more diverse learning resources, and could eventually lead to better diagnosis and new treatments.
How does contributing work?

1. Consent with your Google Account
Review the Informed Consent Agreement and provide your consent to participate with your Google Account. Using a Google Account creates an acknowledgement and record of your consent to contribute to SCIN.

2. Take or upload 3 photos
Take or upload 3 photos - close to your skin, at an angle and at a distance. Adding more details is completely optional.

3. That's it!
Your images will help researchers and people from all over the world. To protect your privacy, the Google Account you used to consent with is automatically de-linked from any images and info.
