Anthony Francis

Dr. Anthony G. Francis, Jr. received his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2000. His research focuses on the effects of context in semantic networks and information retrieval and on the use of emotion in the control of agent behavior.
