Realizing the best cloud network is nothing if users have awful access, he joined Project Fi, to make Google's innovative mobile service working seamlessly across carriers and wifi. He is also leading several carrier-related efforts in Android (AOSP), including carrier APIs in Android 5.1 UICC carrier privileges and carrier config in Android 6.0
